What are your products made from?
Our products are made of mulberry silk. Our silk is treated with silver ions and therefore eliminates 99.7% of bacteria. Our sleep masks are made of 100% 23 momme mulberry silk.
23 momme mulberry silkβ a luxury standard offering superior breathability compared to higher momme weights. High-momme silk(23β30 mm)is thicker, more durable, and glossier, making it a premium choice, though it is also heavier, less breathable, and more costly.
What does momme mean?
Momme is a Japanese unit of measure and says something about the quality of the silk. The higher the momme, the higher the quality. 23 Momme is the highest quality there is. All our Sleepmasking essentials are made of 23 Momme 100% Mulberry silk.

Producing 1 kilo of cotton requires 20,000 liters of water, while silk uses 100 times less. This makes silk more sustainable and environmentally friendly. With our brand, we strive to minimize environmental impact. All our products are 100% safe.
What is the life time of a pillowcase?
To maintain the best results and effectiveness, we recommend a lifetime of 1.5 / 2 years when washed appropriatly

How do i return my package?
It's super easy. To start a return, you can contact us at sleepmasking@mgial.com. Weβll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to change my shipping address?
Please email us at sleepmasking@gmail.com first to submit your βchanging addressβ request.
Generally, we can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
We are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status to make sure you can receive your order.
How often should i wash my silk items?
We would say wash it every 10-14 days for optimal hygiene.
Does the sleep mask feel too hot? Or too thick?
Not at all! Silk is naturally temperature-regulating and breathable, keeping you cool in warmer weather. Plus, the mask is lightweight and non-bulky for maximum comfort.

How do I wash it?

What is the return policy?
We offer 90-day free returns for your credit by Shopify. For a refund back to the original payment method, we will charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition.
